Therapy can bring up a lot of questions, and wondering what will happen, how it works, or what’s involved is completely normal. Below you’ll find answers to common questions clients ask before starting or during care. This is designed to help you feel more comfortable and clear about the process so you can focus on what matters most.

What are the hours and availability?
I am available Monday through Thursday 9am-7pm virtually and have office hours on Wednesday 9am-7pm. My office is located at 5896 Osage Beach Pkwy, Osage Beach, MO 65065. You may call 314-690-1214 or email to set up a session.

What is the cost?
$120 for individuals and $150 for couples for 60 minutes. I do offer a sliding scale and am not in network with insurance companies.

Is there a free consultation?
Yes, you can schedule a 15 minute phone call prior to scheduling your first appointment.

Do we have to talk about just sexuality if we meet?
No, it is important for me, the therapist, to discuss the topics that are most important to you. Just because I have the tools and professional experience does not mean those are the only tools I have in my toolbox. Building skills around communication, conflict management, and self-care are at the heart of all strength-based work of a therapist.
